In March of 2020, our client, Attorney Anthony Baxter was looking for a suitable office for his legal practice. You may recall that time being the start of the Covid shutdown. An aggressive growth plan had left us with a space that was twice as large as we needed. With the advent of the Covid shutdown, and the hindsight of ten years of successful remote work with Aaron, I, (Vaughan), realized that I too could work from home and we could sub lease my office. With a handshake, Anthony, Mark & I agreed to a favorable lease of my office to Anthony. This along with Anthony's website and great skills led to a dramatic, over ten-fold increase in his practice!
Ultimately, Anthony needed even more space and procured a commercial property just a quarter mile West of our current location.
Anthony, in turn, offered Efinitytech favorable terms leasing available space in his new building, where we are now located!
