Email alerts are going to spam
Problems with email delivery can happen if you host your own DNS and email is generated by Efinity's servers under your domain. To resolve this an SPF TXT record needs to be added to your DNS that verifies Efinity's servers are allowed to send emails for your domain.
Add the following TXT recorcd to your domain;
v=spf1 mx a ip4:208.115.118.128/26 ~all
