Fixing Image Formatting Issues with Newsletters
Some email clients (such as Microsoft Outlook) can't properly handle images with a width greater than 550px. In those cases, exceeding the 550px width limit results in emails with poor formatting.
Follow the step below to set the width of images.
Open the content editor window
Highlight the image by holding down a click and dragging your cursor over the image:
Right click on the image and select the "Insert/edit image" option:
The final steps are:
1) Navigate to the "Appearance" tab
2) Enter 550px in the second field for "Dimensions". This will set the width of the image to 550px.
3) Click "Update" to save the changes.
Your images will now be properly formatted.
